Easy Returns
If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or a manufacturing-defect item, you can contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for return assistance. Items should be unused and returned with original packaging whenever possible.
Some items such as special-order products, opened electrical goods, or installation-used materials may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified defect or shipping issue. Our team may ask for product photos and invoice details before approving the request.
Approved returns are inspected after pickup. Once confirmed, we process a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the case and payment method used for the order.
